Zankhana Sanghvi is the current Founder of Hi-Charge Power Systems, a company that supplies EV charging stations and points and will establish EV stations and EV lounges in the future, HI-Charge is a scaling company at present and has the vision to be one of India’s leading EV software and hardware and best service providing company.

Her journey to be an Entrepreneur was full of drama and ups and down, she has done jobs from a Visa consultant for just Rs. 2000 per month, to a BPO and KPO executive with MNC like Mednautix Solutions and then with administrative jobs and have done work as an Online tutor for UK students and was teaching them our Hindi and Gujarati Language, she was a Quality manager and Project Manager and used to take Translation, transcription and subtitling projects since last 7 years, her career is from 2000 Inr salary to become a Project Manager shows that she has persistence and patience. She is always on the lookout for new techniques and methods to improve her work and is constantly researching new online tools and technologies.

She started her first EDTECH start-up in 2016, which did not go well, but she did not give up and continued to take projects, which gave her life-long experience working with people from different languages, cultures, and all over the world. Failure taught her the importance of having a good team and technology, how to run operations, how to deal with clients and customers, and how not to lose heart even when one thing does not work.

Zankhana's resilience is a quality that sets her apart.
