Varnika Bhargava, based out in New Delhi. I’m an MBA graduate, I always wanted to do something of my own which is of interest from my childhood I’m very much keen on drawings, craftwork, and creative making. I started my 1st job as a tuition teacher along with my graduation in 2009 I used to take tuitions for pre classes after my college hours. Then while pursuing my MBA I got my first real job in MNC in the accounts department I worked for good 6 years with some known brands and with my job I start doing decorations, wedding planning for my relatives and family as my hobby. In 2017 I decided to switch my well-paid job and start my own business of wedding planning as I already have experience in that now so it’s easy for me to kick start my new journey. I started my company Creativeshowz in September 2017 and lucky I got my first client in October itself initially it took me time to arrange all the things whether it’s invitation cards, giftings, vendor management but slowly I manage everything and make sure the wedding goes smoothly. I was happy to see my client happy with my arrangement and got appreciation from the entire family. On initial days I’ve even done complete birthday setups of my own. Now it’s been 3 years to business and in these 3 years, I’ve worked with over 60 clients covering some best destination venues and corporate brands. From time to time I’ve upgraded my skills and knowledge, get certified as a wedding consultant, designer, and stylist. 

With the wedding segment, I’m now also focusing on corporates. 

I’ve started my business with no financial and family support. All my savings and my two best friends who support me and guide me through my journey. I’m happy to announce now I have a team of 10 and I’m giving my services in PAN India with branches in Delhi, Mumbai, Allahabad, Jaipur, Gwalior. In these 3 years, I’ve received a couple of appreciations like women entrepreneur, superwomen, work appreciation from the client, and more
