An Educationist & Happiness Coach with a career spanning from the early beginnings in Education, Talent Management and Client Servicing for APAC and US markets. In the last 25 years, Simran has acquired enriching skills that go beyond the traditional genre of Pedagogy & Client Servicing. Her goals have always focused on using skills to improve the lives of those she works with, as well as creating value for her internal & external customers. She has often been told, "You don't seem to fit the stereotype Educationist'' and she takes this as a compliment because it means she is meeting a personal goal to provide a linkage between people and businesses.
A Gold Medallist in Early Childhood Education, Simran combines her HR studies from NCHRA US, Post-Graduation in Education Leadership from Asian College with Happiness Coach certification from Berkeley Institute of Wellbeing, CA USA & Happittude.
She has bagged several awards for her innovative approach to etiquette learning and public speaking curriculum for preschoolers. Her research paper on curriculum innovation has been accepted and appreciated by the International Research Committee, London, UK. Also an Awardee and Speaker, having delivered talks at IIT Mumbai, BITS Pilani, UNESCO 8th Symposium, Finland and other prestigious educational conferences.
Her work with the NGO, ECDF involves hosting various international events and fostering programs like cross-learning, teacher development training, emotional intelligence workshops, etc., She passionately believes - that a nurtured teacher can have a trickle effect on the children she educates.
Currently, she is loving her stint with CCE Finland as Director - Strategy| Pedagogy| Training. In this role, she provides strategic support for School Development, Pedagogical Expertise in Creative Education, ECE (Early Childhood Education) Research, Teacher Coaching and NEP Training. If this were not enough to keep her busy during the new normal – she is currently pursuing her Doctorate in Education (EdD) with European International University, Paris.
