Over 9 years of professional career, Shruti has worked through various large-scale finance transformation projects for the financial services sector. In her current role, she leads the Finance Transformation and Governance agenda for Liberty Mutual Insurance's Global Shared Services (Finance) based out of India. Her work includes developing and adapting strategies to modernize the finance operations by use of tools such as RPA (Robotics Process Automation), various leading technologies that help simplify and streamline the finance operations of 12 countries for which the processes are carried out by the Global Shared Services. Her modernization strategies, new ways of thinking and a vision for changing the way finance processes have been carried out make her adapt for the role and for the organizations and clients she has served.
