Shreya Anand is a passionate self-driven individual known for her personality be it at work or modeling. She graduated from PSG college of Technology as a Gold medalist holding a distinction and was also awarded the best outgoing student of the year 2018. Leadership, Drive, and Determination have been the key contributors to her journey at GE. She is a graduate of the Operations Management Leadership Program at GE wherein she has rotated with different businesses like GE Oil and Gas, GE Steam Power, LM Wind Power, GE Grid Solutions, and GE Healthcare. She has been driving the Women in Operations Committee. GE also sponsored her “Micromasters in Supply Chain Management “from Massachusetts Institute of Technology, USA she is now a part of the Lean Transformation Team at GE Corporate. She has a never-ending thirst for challenges. Given any field, she has always found her way out with a practical solution and she enjoys doing it.

Two major beliefs that keep her going are
1. Attitude is everything 
With the right mindset and confidence, you can achieve anything you want, it will take you places.
2. Change is the only constant thing because growth happens beyond the comfort zone
After becoming financially independent, she went on to pursue her passion which is modeling as a side hustle. She has won the Miss India Bangalore Title for 2021. She wants to be the voice to break the stereotypes set by the society around body shaming, mental health and stand as a testimonial to live life on your terms. She enjoys trekking, dancing, and trying out handmade crafts.
