Shivani is an award-winning seasoned HR & Learning specialist with over 17 years of experience in various senior HR positions at reputed Indian and Multinational Companies in India & abroad. She has been awarded the prestigious “Business World Education 40 under 40” award which makes her a part of the elite club of top 40 education/training leaders of the BW club. She has also received the “HR Excellence Award - 2020” by HR Success Talks and recognized as one of the brightest HR professionals in India. Shivani is also the State President of WICCI (Women’s Indian Chamber of Commerce & Industry) Haryana Human Resources Council.

Having worked in prestigious companies such as DCM Shriram Ltd, Yum! Brands (Parent Company of Pizza Hut & KFC) & KPMG (Qatar & Bahrain), Shivani started her own venture, Positive Vibes Consulting, in 2016, a fast-growing HR & Training consulting firm based out of Gurgaon. Positive Vibes has been bestowed with the honor of “The Start-up Excellence Award – 2020” and has been recognized as one of the most promising start-ups doing path-breaking work by HR Success Talks in 2020.

 

Shivani is a passionate trainer and has successfully designed and conducted many programs on complex behaviors and Leadership Effectiveness for prestigious clients like Indian Oil, Aditya Birla Group (Ultratech Cement Division), Hindustan Petroleum, Bharat Petroleum, JK Paper, TATA Advanced Systems, DCM Shriram and many more Indian & Multinational companies. Her work on promoting "Women's Physical & Mental Wellbeing " as well as their "Safety & Security" is noteworthy. Under her leadership, the organization, Positive Vibes has successfully incubated the "Weaker Gender No More" and "My Safety My Responsibility" programs on Self Defence for Women across various corporates in India. The program encourages & teaches women various strategies to build mental & physical strength for their own safety. Through the program " Healthy Minds & Healthy Bodies" which has been successfully running for the past 4 years in many organizations of repute, she has helped instill awareness on sensitive topics like fitness for women, managing stress in family & professional life & achieving healthy work-life balance particularly for the women workforce incorporates. For her efforts in the areas of Women Empowerment & Women-centric programs, Shivani was awarded the First Position in “WE- Pitch HR 2020”, in the HR Entrepreneur category by Wommenovator (a global incubation cell for working women).

 Shivani is also a professional Mentor to many enthusiastic professionals who are looking to create a niche for themselves in their careers. She is also on the panel of many MBA institutes such as KR Mangalam World University, GD Goenka World University, JIMS, SCMHRD, Northcap University & many more as a Guest Speaker. She is also a speaker on various networking and professional forums and conferences.

 

Shivani is a professionally qualified Human Resources professional with an MBA (Full time 2002-2004), from Symbiosis Centre for Management & Human Resource Development (SCMHRD, Pune) and has many certifications to her credit.
