Sajan’s Kitchen is a Home Kitchen setup by Swapna Sajan & Sajan Abraham. This husband-and-wife duo who are passionate foodies were convinced by friends and family members to start up a kitchen in their house and serve the special delicacy that they would make for friends and family during the various occasions in their house, to others. Happy about the suggestion they obliged and Sajan’s Kitchen was born.
Sajan’s Kitchen, thus began, by serving a specially curated menu over weekends. So, be it a Bunny Chow from Durban, Peshawari Dum Phukt curry, a Pothichoru from Kerala, Mughlai Mutton Dabba Gosht, or a Parsi Patrani Machchi, Sajan’s kitchen had them all in their menu and the “Indo – International menu” was an instant hit with their new found customer base. 
Sajan’s kitchen provided their new found Bangalorean’s customers a space to experience a variety of dishes under a single platform rather than go looking for the same at various locations around Bangalore. 
In early December of 2020, Sajan’s kitchen started lunch & dinner service to cater specially to the elderly who were suffering from various ailments. 
Sajan’s kitchen provides curated meals to each individual elderly client who are suffering from diabetes to uric acid issues to high blood pressure. This particular service was focused to provide for the elderly, who, during these trying times had no help or any assist in preparing a nutritious and healthy home-cooked meal for their existing medical conditions. 
The home-cooked food by Swapna & Sajan was much liked by many of their patrons and they still continue to order regularly from Sajan’s Kitchen in Bangalore.
Sajan’s Kitchen also provides different types of Biryani’s, to various hotels across Bangalore under the name of “Badshah Special Biryani” and “Dilkush Biryani”.
