Rishabh Goel: An IIT-Delhi alumni turned into a Co-founder and CEO, Rishabh has done his certifications in FRM and CFA, both of which empower his business acumen while enabling him to keep a track of the technological updates and improvisations required for the Credgenics platform. Before this idea of a SAAS-based platform came to him, he gained experience in the Banking sector and loan repayment processes prevalent while working with Deutsche Bank and Blackrock. It was here that he learned the history-taught vicious cycle of lending. However, he realized the bigger gaping issue that the non-repayment of loans causes to an economy. This realization triggered almost two years of extensive research and studying the mechanics of resolving the debt cases using technology-driven amicable methods and analyzing their efficacy in long term, before finally laying the foundation of Credgenics. Acclimatized with the work schedule that a start-up requires and due to his presence on all possible calls, his communication be it with the team/s he works with or the clients the calls with whom he often graces, he is capable of leaving a lasting impression.
