Mrs. Pinky Tripathi is currently the principal of TRPS ICSE school and serves as a trustee of the charitable Mother Theresa English high school in Mumbai.
 Her Academic achievements as the University Topper and gold medalist for both the BA and B.Ed. programs at Mumbai University have inspired her to be an effective communicator and educator.
Mrs. Pinky Tripathi has worked as a teacher for international schools abroad and as an English head of the Department in Thakur Vidya Mandir for over 10 years and has also conducted ESL workshops both in India and Europe.
She was the only Indian for having been selected to train Spaniards in " Conversational " English in Spain
Her innovative approach to effective communication, teaching grammar, and training teachers has brought her recognition on many occasions.
The very first accolade to come her way was the ‘International Quality Award’ presented by the then Miss India Universe Sushmita Sen for her Innovative workshops, training students as well as teachers all across the globe.
She has received the Best Teacher Award instituted by the Bharatiya Shiksha Parishad.
 The Times of India group has recognized her success as an Entrepreneur and selected her as one of the top ten women entrepreneurs in India from the field of education.
 Mrs. Tripathi has also been interviewed by Zee business for her contribution in the field of education Furthermore she has been awarded the ‘Rising star of India’ by the Thai government and has also received the’ Hastakshar- Self Made Diva’ award for her achievements in the field of education.
She is the author of two best-selling books on English grammar and writing skills by Chetana Publications.
