Having a diverse 5+ years’ experience as an evangelist, strategist, and executor, Nischal has a demonstrated track record in Business Leadership in both Engineering and Auto Retail areas. 
He has obtained a graduate degree of technology in Civil Engineering from the University of Petroleum and Energy Studies, Dehradun, and a post-graduate degree in management from the Indian Institute of Management, Jammu. He also holds an advanced management degree from the ESCP Berlin.
