Natashja started off at a young age with a background in Theatre assisting on several Acting Workshops and Stage Productions and has worked on a number of award-winning plays. An undergraduate alumna of LASALLE College of the Arts Singapore, and a postgraduate alumna of the London Film School, Natashja has directed and produced several Short Films, Documentaries, and Advertisements that have traveled to festivals far and wide. Over the last decade, Natashja has worked with Brands, Organisations, and Networks like Mediacorp Singapore, National Geographic, Condé Nast, LVMH, Roseate Hotels & Resorts, UN Volunteers, Plan International, Isha Foundation, Ministry of Human Resources Development, Ministry of Women & Child Development, National Commission for Women and Ministry of Agriculture for the Government of India. She is currently the Director of Marketing & Communications at Sakshi (Regd. NGO 1992) a pioneering rights-based capacity-building organization, the Founder of SBOX a communication vertical by Sakshi dedicated to Design and Content for Social Impact and as Secretary-General, she is the youngest Governing Council Member of Sakshi.
