While the design sensibilities are theoretically based, 4d understands that no design can be successful without integrating that with workable on-ground technical solutions and the organizational capabilities necessary to manage the phases of design and construction.

What brings them to this forum are two of the most beautiful projects of the many government projects they did…which need mention….1crore square feet of residential for the naval forces at dolphin hill, Visakhapatnam, innovatively planned intermingling the design with natural contours to get the best advantage of sea view and landscapes around, finally giving government houses the resort-like feel. 
Another being one of a kind is the Army Institute of Management, Kolkata, an educational institution campus of  1.6lac square feet with the form follows function principle. A campus housing a 5th-floor auditorium with world-class amenities, hostels, cafeterias, and infirmary, was challenged in making. 
Step by step 4d slowly overcame all its hindrances and today has some class apart projects up their sleeve with special mention even from the defense minister.
