Kushal Singhal is a Parenting Coach, a mother to two lovely kids, and is also a founder of Momchipper & CafeWhiz. She is on a mission to help parents Build Happy Families & Raise Happy & Capable Teens. She runs a digital Course on parenting & is helping parents rediscover and relaunch their relationship with the Teen & Tween kids.

She is also the author of the book Undo the Digital Mess that talks about excessive screen times and screen addictions in kids. The book is available on her website and hands over practical and workable solutions to parents to manage screen times for their kids.

She believes that parenting is one of the most important roles that we have and there is literally no time or effort that we spend on learning how to get better at it. We are just continuing with the traditional ways that have been handed over to us by our mothers and grandmothers without questioning the efficacy of these in present dynamic and ever-changing times.

In a society obsessed with "we are doing the best for our children,” we conveniently tend to leave behind what do our children actually need from us. And these unmet needs are the start of most of the challenges we face in our parenting journey.
