At such a young age, she backs herself with ample experience as a digital strategist. She has aided many startups, real estate firms, and even the government in achieving their objectives. Being an electronics engineer from JNTU Hyderabad,  then she did a specialization in embedded systems and design from the MS Ramaiah School of Advance Studies, Bengaluru, later she pursued  PGDBA in Finance from Symbiosis Pune, apart from all of these, she started her career as an assistant director of media relations at the NHAI (National Highways Authority of India).

Mrs. Kurapati Neelima has been blessed with a sharp business acumen that has guided her on a journey dotted with milestones. Not at all averse to taking risks, she has time and again proved her leadership qualities by excelling in various categories that she has been a part of over the years.

She came from a medical and engineering family. She married her business-loving husband right after graduating, and they had two children. Her  Husband's support enabled her to begin a peaceful career-oriented life.

She has worked for international and domestic clients as a digital strategist where she covered SEO, SEM, SMM, SMO, ORM, and strategy to get a good success rate through digitization. She had a proven portfolio of clients on integrating digital assets, raising brand awareness, collaborating on marketing campaigns, leading digital activation projects, and measuring the efficiency and effectiveness of digital channels.

She has been using technology to improve business performance, whether that means creating new products or reimagining current processes. She specifies the direction an organization will take to create new competitive advantages with technology, as well as the tactics it will use to achieve these changes.

She understands all of the digital touchpoints that a consumer interacts with every day. She creates strategic advertising, communications, and marketing campaigns that use these touch points to their fullest effect, building a brand image across the digital space.
