Kunjal Pal always had an inclination to help others. One of her core value is " Giving without expecting"
that she learned from ‘Bhagavad Gita’.
Born & raised in Mumbai, she pursued her Master degree in Human resources and is associated with
corporates for more than 10 years.
In early 2018, she came up with the concept of forming a non-judgment, educational platform for women
across the globe on Facebook. Kunjal wanted to focus on Mental health awareness, educating on various
topics, spreading love and positivity on social media, listening to women without any judgments, and
lastly, a support platform for women to open up and feel free to communicate their concerns. She
named her Facebook Community as DIVA with a tagline as Uplifting Women Since 3 years of its
inception, many women have got uplifted and recognized on the platform. DIVA Facebook Community
has a big list of achievements and a few to mention are - networking meetups, charity events,
collaborations for brands like Nestle, Dettol, etc., collaboration with reputed beauty pageants, music
festivals, etc. The community has an organic strength of 10800+ women from all over the world with an
average engagement of 78%.
In 2021, Kunjal Pal thought of growing the platform by assisting small businesses owned by women to
market their products and services on the DIVA community Free of Cost on weekends.
Kunjal Pal is visionary and despite her own personal life struggles, she aims to give back to the society
through the DIVA community by being an inspiration to uplift other women.
