In the year 2020, Kiyara Associates emerged as the new version of an earlier company Chisell & Hammerr.  Chisell & Hammerr was established in 1999 by Shahrookh Dumasia for undertaking various projects related to civil repairs, interior designing, and waterproofing contracts.

Today, the company Kiyara Associates is well known in the market for its USP –waterproofing. Kiyara Associates has developed its own special waterproofing formula and established it under the brand name AQUA SEAL PRO PLUS.

Since 2020, the company has successfully undertaken projects in India and abroad (Iran and Dubai) for civil work and waterproofing for five-star hotels, corporate offices, and residential premises.
