One example : In 2019, irrelevant to my line of work I conceptualized & implemented a new mobile app which helped to bring the unorganized influencers of rural areas into a single fold. These people can heavily influence the purchase decision of any person in their area. But an executive from the sales team will always have to call or travel to ask for reference. 
Now this app helps the influencer to refer an interested customer and get rewarded by the dealer team for the same. 

Topics like Digital Marketing, Content Creation, Marketing Communications interest me a lot. 
I wanted to drift myself to work on these topics in future.
