 He started his career at the age of 20 yrs with Timesjobs.com (online job board) (A Venture of Time of India) as Account manager - Sales and was catering to the top A potential recruitment consulting firms in New Delhi. He was attracted to the recruitment industry in the very same year of work while interacting with the business owners and the recruiters working under them.

 He saw a huge potential in this industry which kept growing since then and will be growing to another level in the coming future. There is no limit on how one can drive this business to the very top with large turnovers. Today the Indian recruitment/staffing industry is growing by around 15%-20% CAGR since last 4 years. This industry is worth INR 35000 crore by revenue. With all the experience in the corporate world for about 10yrs, Vision2konnect Consulting was born in 2012. They are passionate about their biz model and would like to be known as one of the most reputed & renowned companies in the recruitment arena.

 I did my schooling from Modern School, New Delhi and further pursued BBA & MBA  from the Indian institute of planning & management in New Delhi. I have always been a very passionate individual from the beginning and always aspired to be one of the youngest achievers by delivering high performance in all walks of life. To add to my skills and knowledge, I also completed a course in “Recruitment management cycle” since I was very much inclined towards this practice from the very start of my career.

I started my career with Timesjobs.com (An online job portal) in the year 2005 into sales. There I started interacting with the Recruitment firm owners for selling the database which would further help them search for the right candidates for their clients.

My interactions often use to happen with the recruiters while giving demo for the candidate database. That was when I started taking interest in the business & eventually floated my own venture   – Vision2konnect Consulting soon after the corporate stint in the year 2012.”

I have always been very passionate about building or creating something on my own and scaling it up at the same time gives maximum happiness. This whole experience gave me a lot of sense and it finally showed me the exact way to do the recruitment business.
