Jyotsna Jha, an enterprising and multi-tasking woman, comes from freedom fighters and defence family background. She is a project director of a
decade-old NGO (prefers to be addressed as a social worker at creative vision society- humble & philanthropist). She is also a chartered accountant aspirant, a
marathon runner, a mother of a 5-year-old; a nationalist and a believer in both work and family value system. Currently located in Bengaluru for 8 years post
marriage, she has also stayed & worked in cities like Mumbai & in Singapore.
 
Some are born with "Silver" spoon, others are "Dependent" but few are "Self-Made" and such strong women continue to inspire us to evolve, be strong and shine so bright that even death fails to cease the legacy and aura, you leave behind. She wishes to create a legacy of her sustainable contributions towards social harmony and developments, being a social worker. Not only charities but she strives hard to create life-changing opportunities.
 
With power comes the responsibilities, she envisages projecting the voice of the needy to create sustainable employment projects, health and education for many of them who are waiting for a helping hand. She also reaches out to the sponsors to create a win-win situation for both sides. Some of her core strengths are arranging sponsorships from CSR & government sectors fundraising activities
 
And she is committed to whatsoever the road takes, and is a thorough hardworking individual as this is her passion from childhood. And her mantra is “The real beauty lies in the action, in the service of others.”

She lost over 30 kgs of (post-pregnancy weight & ectopic miscarriage) due credits to Yoga. She also participated in Haut Monde Mrs India World Wide2019 in Greece, EUROPE which helped her to meet women from a different section of society and background to understand the real meaning of beauty.

A Result oriented professional with 10 years of overall experience in various sectors like Marketing, Sales, Financial Advisory, Social Service and Project Management. Worked with various business stakeholders at International and Domestic Organizations at different levels. Currently, she is associated with Creative Vision Society (an NGO) as a Project Director (India & international).
