Jaya Prasad is a specialist in advertising and marketing communication with 19+ years of experience in the creative business. Currently, she is the owner and founder of 19dots digital agency based out of Gurgaon. Before that, she was the India Head for the most awarded German creative agency Serviceplan India for 6 years. Her work for acid victims has won the most prestigious international creative awards CLIO, D&AD 2 Pencils, Euro best 2017 Glass for change, Campaign 'Truth Unveiled'.

In 2021 she created the campaign ‘Umeed ke Sur’ and worked to raise funds for Covid victims with Sewa International & Jubin Nautiyal. 

Brands nurtured include- Thapar Institute, BMW, Plasser India, Bharti Realty- Worldmark, Essel Platinum Towers, One97- Paytm, KR. Mangalam, Hero, Swatch Group, Hettich, VLAM.de, Stanley Black and Decker.

She has a great interest in social causes and women-related issues which is why 19dots is currently supporting women entrepreneurs in the digital space.

She is a speaker at key events and is happy to share her experience with young minds at various institutes.

She has traveled overseas and lived in different countries, an experience that proves invaluable when working with people of diverse cultures.

 She has completed her bachelor's degree in Journalism from the University of Delhi and holds a Master’s degree in communication management from the Symbiosis Institute of Media and Communication with a specialization in advertising and PR, she started her professional journey as a copywriter at DraftFCB in Mumbai in 2000 and then moved to New Delhi.

 
During the earlier years, Jaya has worked for companies including Iris Worldwide, JWT, and Rediffusion DY&R and nurtured brands such as ITC Hotels, Swatch group, Lotto shoes, Sony Mobile and General Motors. She has a strong knowledge of the local market gained over many years, as well as extensive international experience. In 2012 she founded IdeaSugar, a fully integrated ad agency that was featured by Godaddy India. She also founded the blog Noisypost.com in 2009. In her life beyond work, she loves writing, travel, yoga, and photography.
