Harsh Varshneya is a registered architect in India and has intensive experience of working on multi-disciplinary projects in India and abroad. His professional work in Europe and dense urban areas of India are complemented by his recent studies in Sustainable Tall Buildings (M.Arch), Nottingham where he focussed on tall building design in dense urban areas with an ultimate aim to achieve the highest levels of social and environmental sustainability. A Triple Gold Medallist during his graduate architecture, Harsh did his architecture from Sushant School of Art and Architecture, New Delhi with Post Graduation as a 100 percent Developing Solutions Scholar from the University of Nottingham, United Kingdom.
Currently leading one of India’s largest architectural practices, STHAPATI, working on large scale residential and institutional projects in India, Africa, Australia, and New Zealand, Harsh has a proven track record of successfully taking part and contributing immensely in some of the most complex projects in India and abroad ranging from High Rise buildings to Aviation, Railways Masterplanning of new urban areas. Some of the landmark projects being led by Harsh Varshneya include India’s highest altitude airport in Leh, Ladakh region, an Integrated Airport Terminal and ATC tower in Imphal as a gateway to North-East India, mass housing for over 25,000 apartments in nearly 300 high rise towers in Delhi- NCR, Mahatma Gandhi International Convention Centre in Liberia, Redevelopment of Bangalore Cantonment Railway Station and the Technologically Advanced Light House projects in Lucknow, Indore and Agartala using first of its kind Stay In Place Formwork and LGSF structures, an initiative of the honourable Prime Minister Of India. 
Actively involved in the Research and Design Cell, Harsh’s role has been to direct the creative output of the firm in live projects across different regions. With his prior experience in the United Kingdom, Harsh has wide experience of working on large-scale retail projects as well. Over a short yet exciting period of his career, some of these professional and academic works have been published in UK and India’s leading Architectural design magazines and online portals.
