Enchante, a travel-themed, one-of-a-kind café and confectionary, is a French term that means 'Nice to meet you,' which is precisely how we want our guests to feel. The café offers a diverse selection of elegant and special dishes that are a feast for the eyes as well as the taste sensations. This is the spot for the wanderer in you, with everything from all-day breakfasts and lunchtime snacks to high-end sweets and a varied choice of distinctly artisanal foods for nutritious nutrition and energy, as well as wonderfully healthful meals.

 

Enchante has quickly carved a niche for itself, not only for authentic French desserts and confectionary, but also for very unique, innovative, and deliciously styled desserts made through a fusion of Indian Mithai and western desserts, such as Macroons in Kaju Katli pistachio and the most recent Nuts and Seeds Bar, to name a few. Deepa's dream is for Enchante to be a part of every family's festivities, starting in Hyderabad and then spreading across India. Despite the Covid 19 epidemic, Enchante has more than quadrupled its employees and reached Break Even in less than three years under her energetic leadership.

Deepa Dadu, an S P Jain Institute Mumbai alumna who discovered her love for offering people an unforgettable experience via baking, is the ideal blend of relevant knowledge and helpful experience. Deepa spent 8 years co-managing Dadu's, India's pioneering and most successful sweet parlor, which established a reputation for inventive, sanitary, and delectable sweets, after completing a Baking and Patisserie school in London, a Panning course in Dubai, and a Chocolate Workshop in Kolkata. Deepa was quick to spot the newest trend of integrating western sweets in sweet counters at weddings, which led to the launch of Enchante in 2019, a high-end, super-quality, and inventive patisserie and desserts company.

 

Enchante and Deepa have won various prizes, including the TCEI Award and the Times Hospitality Icons Award. TCEI presented Deepa with the renowned Stri Murti award.

Deepa, a confident, determined, dedicated, and successful homemaker turned entrepreneur, has worked tirelessly to elevate the disadvantaged by offering education and empowering them to become self-sufficient. Deepa has also been named the Most Admired Women Entrepreneur of the Year - 2022 in the Café & Confectionery Category in Hyderabad. Enchanté Café & Confectionery has also been named the Nationwide SME Awards - 2022 as Best Standalone Café & Confectionery of the Year - 2022, Hyderabad for Celebrations.
