“When I was asked to pen down my journey as a working woman along with its challenges, the very first thought that stuck in my mind was - who is not a working woman? The fact remains that all women are working, but their spheres of work might be different. Some work outside and some work full-time as an integral part of the family system - a homemaker.

"I am a wife, a mother of two children, a passionate academic leader, a teacher, a life-transformation mentor, Founder, and CEO of “Oasis Group of Institutions”, “Oasis Films Production” and “Sai Trinity Organization”. I am sure many of us wear many hats like these, but I have always kept my priorities clear. My children, my family, and my work are my responsibilities. However, I have never compromised on my “me time”. Self-love, self-worth, and self-esteem are the important mantras besides focus and hard work for me to succeed in all spheres of life. Plan, Prepare, Pamper, and Prosper‟ is my thumb rule. Never stop believing in the power of the self.

Recently, Just in July month my talent and the multi-task role were recognized by Magic Book of Record and awarded by Honorary Doctorate and Mrs. India. It is hard to put this feeling into words. Nevertheless, I am very glad to say about something on such an important and momentous occasion in my life. It is a great honor for me to receive this award for being Mrs. INDIA of the year.

By the grace of lord almighty I am doing well for Society through my Sai Trinity Organization, Oasis Group of Institutions, and Oasis Films Production. I am always trying to my level best to become a perfect instrument in Thy mission.

Struggle and Success of my life

I have also seen such a phase of life where there was happiness for a moment and then it was all dark, the situation went from bad to worse but I did not lose faith in God and myself, kept working hard, many times it felt like that now the door of faith will be loosed but the very next moment I found God with me in one form or other, the passion to work flared up and after a long struggle, I was able to come out of that dark sky and then found such a mature form of myself that I want. Don‟t be afraid of difficulties that come, as all this is a part of life.

My only request is that do not give up because of the fear of difficulties, stay strong, do not let yourself be broken by the bad circumstances, it will go away. This is also the time of struggle, just have faith in God and yourself and one-day success will be on your feet.
