My personal philosophy of education is, "educators must nurture/guide students within the academic field, to that the aims, goals and results during this task of educating or being educated are achieved "'. This philosophy is used to understand that both teachers and students play an integral role in education. As an aspiring teacher, education is very important to me. I always try to reach my goals of proficient knowledge and adequate communication in my classroom by efficiently communicating with colleagues and students and conforming my technique to each student’s individual needs. Overall, a motivator, who likes to take up challenges and fulfills them with dedication.

I have been a dedicated motivator and facilitator all through my career and have the passion of teaching. I have fulfilled my educational courses with persistence and excellence and possess the zeal of accomplishing the task at hand always. This award for teaching excellence will definitely bring me closer to the life-long dream.I believe, I can take up challenges and face them with grit and perfection

MY ACHIEVEMENTS IN MY CAREER

• Gold Medal in Graduation from the Univerity [Calcutta University]-1996
• Fifth rank in West Bengal in Master of Science [Botany]-1998
• Ph.D. in Science from Calcutta University associated with Indian Statistical Institute as a Research Scholar for 5+ Years
• Published more than ten papers in journals of National and International reputation.
• Worked in DPS Newtown as a senior faculty, as HOD {Biology} for over a decade.
• Award Leader from the same school for International Award for Young People [IAYP}.
• Successfully completed B.Ed, M.Ed, and Post Graduate DIploma in Education Management.
