Debodyuti has cracked Govt Job in Education Department as a permanent employee in her 1st attempt and successfully worked there for 5 years. But like a true visionary, she understood that she can achieve more than what she was doing. So she left her secured Govt job & jumped into an area of challenge where she can do justice to her true self. She accumulated her 5 years salary and invested the amount to start Captain X. She is successfully running this High-Tech business for the last 1 year without any external investment and by using only her strategies. She has received an achievement 'Global 50 Glory Awards 2021' by HBW news in October 2021 and 'Nation Wide Award Under 40 2022' on January 2022 as Promising Entrepreneur by Business Mint.  

Being the Founder and CEO of Captain X, she is looking after HR, Marketing, Business Development, Strategic Planning, Brand Collaboration, Design, and Operations. Her most important skills are Market Research, Creating Strategies, and Risk Assessment,  

Apart from her professional career, she is a trained singer, a passionate cook, and a crazy lover of crime thrillers. She is happily married and lives in Kolkata.
