Arpana carries with her an array of experience as Lecturer, Trainer, Psychologist and Business Consultant. Arpana has done MBA in Human Resource Management, M Sc in Environmental Science, MA in Psychology and Professional Diploma in Clinical Research. She has worked as a lecturer with various Medical, Para-medical and Engineering colleges also with numerous corporates as HR Manager. Currently Arpana is the sole owner and Director of Aryan Institution, Aryan HR Solutions and Aryan Counselling Centre.

Arpana has published many National and International Research papers. She has trained thousands of students and professionals under diverse skill development program. She has helped many students and professionals by conducting Educational, Career and Psychological Counselling. Aryan Institution is associated with various Companies, Colleges and Schools for Corporate, Placement and Personality Development Trainings.

During Covid situation, she has done free counselling for 1000s of people affected with financial as well as with their health conditions.

Arpana worked as a business consultant for the companies affected due to Covid 19 and provided them new ideas and structure to reinitiate their business and improve their economic conditions. She has introduced many micro and small-scale industries to digitalization by providing free training on digital marketing and online transactions.
