Arjun Singh Datta, the accomplished Managing Director and Chief Operating Officer at the International Institute of Culinary Arts (IICA) in New Delhi, is dedicated to upholding the highest standards of culinary education and business development. Arjun's journey in the culinary world began with his degree in Hospitality Business Management from Manchester Metropolitan University in the UK, followed by an Executive Leadership Program at Cornell University. During his time as a student, Arjun made history by becoming the first Indian to be elected as the Student Union President for his university, where he led a diverse student body of over 22,000 individuals. Additionally, he was also the first Indian to serve as a member of the Board of Governors for his college, further solidifying his reputation as a trailblazer in the field.

Arjun's passion for culinary excellence and international exposure has taken him across the globe, with educational stints in the United States of America and the United Kingdom, and professional experiences in countries such as the United Kingdom, India, and Dubai. He has honed his skills in various high-profile catering opportunities, including serving as a personal chef at the IIFA awards in the UK and working as a senior member of a consultancy firm in Dubai to launch a chain of restaurants.

At Radisson Hotels in London, Arjun gained invaluable experience across all departments before specializing in Front of House and Guest Relations. His diverse background and hands-on experience have equipped him with a deep understanding of the culinary industry and its nuances.

As the MD & COO of IICA, Arjun has been instrumental in securing several significant business agreements that have propelled the institute to new heights of success. These include partnerships with global organizations such as Feast Global and Whirlpool, where he is a member of the "Board of Advisors" for Feast Global. Additionally, IICA was made the culinary institute partner for 5 consecutive years with the Embassy of Italy in New Delhi under hisleadership.

Furthermore, notable collaborations were established with companies like Whirlpool, KitchenAid, Crompton & Greaves, and Tupperware, which resulted in contracts for television productions, menu development for luxury trains, and culinary consultancy projects for international firms.

Some of the most recent accomplishments spearheaded by Arjun Datta have been signing an MoU on behalf of IICA with Intercontinental Hotel Group in India as a IHG Academy & an exclusive MoU with BSI Learning Australia to offer Australian Qualifications in India.
