Premsai’s  own personal experiences in life created a massive knowledge-base in her that no previous degree or university could.

Premsai, having 18 years of her enriched corporate experience, has trained, mentored more than 30,000  people in groups and individuals in corporate space & lead to a transformation in them.

Premsai experienced heart-wrenching situations at a very young age. As she was just about overcoming the tragedy of her brother’s death, was settled in marriage, had a child, another major physical tragedy hit her. A slipped disc pushed her into bed physically, rendered her helpless psychologically. When almost everyone started giving up, she found life-changing inner-motivation and the right kind of external support that brought her back in form. She used the Science of Yoga to heal herself inside-out and succeeded. She used her passion for dance, painting, and writing as tools to uplift her spirit. 

During these tested times, She realized that when we are unwell emotionally & physically both, the first thing that is affected is our FOCUS. And, without FOCUS, life is like a ship without a RADAR, it will keep sailing into any direction meaninglessly and that’s her purpose of being a FOCUS Coach

Today, apart from being very successfully placed as a Clarity & Focus Coach in the corporate, she also thrives as a Blogger, an Artist , VIPASSANA Meditator, and a Yoga Practitioner too.
