Payal Rajpal has 18 years of international experience in management and 
leadership in areas of integrating businesses, strategic management, IT, 
ITES, FDI, Innovation, Skill Development, Digital Start-ups, Social Ventures.
Upon relocation from the U.K to India she was on a mission to bridge the gap 
between Industry & Academia by driving initiatives, setting up innovation 
centers on latest technologies pan India with an aim to elevate success on 
education leading to employability.
Her vision with Robotex a non-profit organization is teaching Robotics,
Artificial Intelligence and STEAM to tribal, rural, and government school 
students. With programs active in five states of India, she believes that every 
village in India should have the opportunity to learn 'Future Skills’ to help build 
an Intellectual, Innovative & Incredible India.
Founder of Hack the Crisis, India which concluded two successful COVID19 
solution finding Hackathons’ in April 2020 'Hack the Crisis - India’ one of the 
largest in India and ‘Global Hack’ the first global initiative with success stories 
of mobilized solutions. Indian talent innovated solutions, products around 
Covid19 recognized with winning implemented worldwide.

Hack the Crisis – India concluded the largest online hackathon of India to find solutions around COVID19 and post COVID economy revival. 'Hack the Crisis 
- India’ largest of India with 15000 participants and ‘Global Hack’ the first 
initiative globally. 
An initiative in association and with the support of the Ministry of Electronics and IT 
(MEITY), Make in India, MyGov India (Govt of India) with a common goal -
help the country to strengthen the fight against COVID19. With India’s remarkable 
feat the country was invited to lead at ‘The Global Hack’ international solution 
led initiative with over 120 countries contributing to corona crisis technology 
innovations.
